Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CUBN Mutation is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CUBN data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CUBN Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CUBN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and OV show a favorable association.
UCEC, ACC, and OV are the cancer types where CUBN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
