CUBN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUBN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,931 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUBN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR37, BDH2, and CD248. Each is linked with CUBN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUBN-to-partner and partner-to-CUBN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CUBN versus WDR37 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUBN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUBN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
