Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUBN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,404 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUBN-associated genes across cancer lineages are UPB1, MAPK1, and PRODH. Each is linked with CUBN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUBN-to-partner and partner-to-CUBN results are reported.
