CUBN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUBN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,070 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUBN-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMC3IP, POLE2, and OIP5. Each is linked with CUBN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUBN-to-partner and partner-to-CUBN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMC3IP grouped by CUBN-low versus CUBN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUBN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUBN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
