CUBN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUBN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 82 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUBN-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and p21. Each is linked with CUBN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUBN-to-partner and partner-to-CUBN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by CUBN-low versus CUBN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUBN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUBN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
