CUBN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CUBN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,394 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUBN-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYG1, CLDN8, and DEPDC5. Each is linked with CUBN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUBN-to-partner and partner-to-CUBN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYG1 grouped by CUBN-low versus CUBN-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUBN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUBN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
