CTXN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTXN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,063 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTXN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRR36, DBN1, and PRR36_S116. Each is linked with CTXN1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTXN1-to-partner and partner-to-CTXN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTXN1 versus PRR36 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTXN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTXN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
