CTXN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CTXN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,698 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTXN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM171A2, HDGFL2, and TCF3. Each is linked with CTXN1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTXN1-to-partner and partner-to-CTXN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTXN1 versus FAM171A2 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTXN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTXN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
