CTU1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTU1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR124-2HG, LINC01148, and MIR7156. Each is linked with CTU1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTU1-to-partner and partner-to-CTU1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR124-2HG grouped by CTU1-low versus CTU1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
