CTTNBP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTTNBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTTNBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, GSK3-a-b, and ASNS. Each is linked with CTTNBP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTTNBP2-to-partner and partner-to-CTTNBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by CTTNBP2-low versus CTTNBP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTTNBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTTNBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
