Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CTTNBP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CTTNBP2 data layer compared with 11 for mutation status and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher CTTNBP2 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CTTNBP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and LUSC show a favorable association.
KIRC, LUSC, and BLCA are the cancer types where CTTNBP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
