Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CTTNBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,124 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CTTNBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR13C5, DMRTC1, and OR4D1. Each is linked with CTTNBP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTTNBP2-to-partner and partner-to-CTTNBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR13C5 grouped by CTTNBP2-low versus CTTNBP2-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTTNBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTTNBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
