Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTSZ RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,044 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CTSZ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THEMIS2_T593, RENBP, and SASH3. Each is linked with CTSZ in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSZ-to-partner and partner-to-CTSZ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTSZ versus THEMIS2_T593 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTSZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTSZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
