CTSZ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTSZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 365 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTSZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are AP1S2P1, MIR3179-4, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with CTSZ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSZ-to-partner and partner-to-CTSZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AP1S2P1 grouped by CTSZ-low versus CTSZ-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTSZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTSZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
