CTSW

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTSW RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,006 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTSW-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAMHD1, SEPTIN1, and WAS. Each is linked with CTSW in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSW-to-partner and partner-to-CTSW results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTSW versus SAMHD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTSW→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTSW) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
