Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTSLP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CTSLP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1082P, RNU6-213P, and RNU6-1026P. Each is linked with CTSLP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSLP2-to-partner and partner-to-CTSLP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1082P grouped by CTSLP2-low versus CTSLP2-high in UCEC.
