CTSG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTSG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,123 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTSG-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD11, DDX55, and PFN2. Each is linked with CTSG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSG-to-partner and partner-to-CTSG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMD11 grouped by CTSG-low versus CTSG-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTSG→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTSG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
