CTSE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTSE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 712 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTSE-associated genes across cancer lineages are EME1, S100B, and CCDC116. Each is linked with CTSE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSE-to-partner and partner-to-CTSE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTSE→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTSE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
