CTSD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTSD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,471 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTSD-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNIH3, CAMK2D, and GGTLC1. Each is linked with CTSD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSD-to-partner and partner-to-CTSD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTSD versus CNIH3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTSD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTSD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
