CTSD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTSD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,006 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTSD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-709P, MTATP6P21, and LINC00380. Each is linked with CTSD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSD-to-partner and partner-to-CTSD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-709P grouped by CTSD-low versus CTSD-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTSD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTSD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
