CTSC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTSC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,627 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTSC-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QB, C1QA, and LRRC49. Each is linked with CTSC in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSC-to-partner and partner-to-CTSC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTSC versus C1QB in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTSC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTSC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
