CTSC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTSC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,979 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTSC-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4M1, LINC00458, and RN7SL134P. Each is linked with CTSC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSC-to-partner and partner-to-CTSC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4M1 grouped by CTSC-low versus CTSC-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTSC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTSC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
