Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTSB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 590 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTSB-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2V1P9, RNU6ATAC30P, and ARF4P3. Each is linked with CTSB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSB-to-partner and partner-to-CTSB results are reported.
