CTRC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTRC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 188 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTRC-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIDECP1, SAR1B, and TRIM17. Each is linked with CTRC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTRC-to-partner and partner-to-CTRC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CIDECP1 grouped by CTRC-low versus CTRC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTRC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTRC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
