CTRB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTRB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTRB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP408, RNU6-916P, and RNA5SP70. Each is linked with CTRB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTRB2-to-partner and partner-to-CTRB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP408 grouped by CTRB2-low versus CTRB2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTRB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTRB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
