CTRB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTRB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTRB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFB116, SPCS2P2, and SQSTM1P1. Each is linked with CTRB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTRB1-to-partner and partner-to-CTRB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFB116 grouped by CTRB1-low versus CTRB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTRB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTRB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
