CTPS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTPS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,382 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTPS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBBP7, ZMYM3, and SYAP1. Each is linked with CTPS2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTPS2-to-partner and partner-to-CTPS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTPS2 versus RBBP7 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
