CTPS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CTPS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GHR, GALR3, and ASTN1. Each is linked with CTPS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTPS1-to-partner and partner-to-CTPS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GHR grouped by CTPS1-low versus CTPS1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
