CTNND2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTNND2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,723 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTNND2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RITA1, PHF5A, and PDCD2L. Each is linked with CTNND2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTNND2-to-partner and partner-to-CTNND2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RITA1 grouped by CTNND2-low versus CTNND2-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTNND2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTNND2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
