CTNNBL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTNNBL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,918 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTNNBL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD1B, AAR2, and RBM12. Each is linked with CTNNBL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTNNBL1-to-partner and partner-to-CTNNBL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTNNBL1 versus RPRD1B in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTNNBL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTNNBL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
