Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CTNNBL1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CTNNBL1 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher CTNNBL1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CTNNBL1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and SCLC show a favorable association.
KIRC, BLCA, and SCLC are the cancer types where CTNNBL1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
