Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTNNBL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,727 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTNNBL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNHG17, RAE1, and CDK5RAP1. Each is linked with CTNNBL1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTNNBL1-to-partner and partner-to-CTNNBL1 results are reported.
