Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTNNBL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CTNNBL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, Cyclin-B1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with CTNNBL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTNNBL1-to-partner and partner-to-CTNNBL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rad50 grouped by CTNNBL1-low versus CTNNBL1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTNNBL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTNNBL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
