Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CTNNAL1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CTNNAL1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CTNNAL1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CTNNAL1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC and UCEC are the cancer types where CTNNAL1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
