Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTNNAL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,407 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CTNNAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL499P, RN7SL578P, and RNA5SP441. Each is linked with CTNNAL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTNNAL1-to-partner and partner-to-CTNNAL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL499P grouped by CTNNAL1-low versus CTNNAL1-high in PRAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTNNAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTNNAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
