Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTNNA3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,800 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CTNNA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF676, PLN, and BNIP3P30. Each is linked with CTNNA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTNNA3-to-partner and partner-to-CTNNA3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTNNA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTNNA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
