CTDSP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTDSP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,220 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTDSP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5588, KCNIP4-IT1, and AMPH. Each is linked with CTDSP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTDSP2-to-partner and partner-to-CTDSP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTDSP2 versus MIR5588 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTDSP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTDSP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
