CTDSP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTDSP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,150 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTDSP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP411, MIR6074, and RNU6-391P. Each is linked with CTDSP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTDSP2-to-partner and partner-to-CTDSP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP411 grouped by CTDSP2-low versus CTDSP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTDSP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTDSP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
