CTDP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTDP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,521 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTDP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3168, LINC02485, and OR7E111P. Each is linked with CTDP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTDP1-to-partner and partner-to-CTDP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3168 grouped by CTDP1-low versus CTDP1-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTDP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTDP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
