CTDP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CTDP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 443 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTDP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFB134, FAM47B, and GAGE12F. Each is linked with CTDP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTDP1-to-partner and partner-to-CTDP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFB134 grouped by CTDP1-low versus CTDP1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTDP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTDP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
