CTCF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTCF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,672 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTCF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX38, GTF3C2, and GTF3C4. Each is linked with CTCF in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTCF-to-partner and partner-to-CTCF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTCF versus DHX38 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTCF→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTCF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
