CTBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,322 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BOD1L1, HTT, and NELFA. Each is linked with CTBP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTBP1-to-partner and partner-to-CTBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTBP1 versus BOD1L1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
