CTBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,227 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACBD5, GOT1, and IER3IP1. Each is linked with CTBP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTBP1-to-partner and partner-to-CTBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACBD5 grouped by CTBP1-low versus CTBP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
