Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CTBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, ATM, and PDCD4. Each is linked with CTBP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTBP1-to-partner and partner-to-CTBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by CTBP1-low versus CTBP1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
