Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CTBP1-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CTBP1-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher CTBP1-DT RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CTBP1-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and KIRC show a favorable association.

UCS, KIRC, and UVM are the cancer types where CTBP1-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
