CTAGE9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTAGE9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,339 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTAGE9-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGAM5P1, LINC01848, and CDKN2AIPNLP2. Each is linked with CTAGE9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTAGE9-to-partner and partner-to-CTAGE9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGAM5P1 grouped by CTAGE9-low versus CTAGE9-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTAGE9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTAGE9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
