CTAGE6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTAGE6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,868 significant associations in total. DLBC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTAGE6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCAF2, DMTF1, and NPHP3. Each is linked with CTAGE6 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTAGE6-to-partner and partner-to-CTAGE6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTAGE6 versus TCAF2 in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTAGE6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTAGE6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
