Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTAGE3P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,760 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CTAGE3P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH1, DLG3, and ZMYM2. Each is linked with CTAGE3P in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTAGE3P-to-partner and partner-to-CTAGE3P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTAGE3P versus DDAH1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTAGE3P→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTAGE3P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
