CT83

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CT83 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,181 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CT83-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAMSAP2_S599, MLKL, and THUMPD1_S88. Each is linked with CT83 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CT83-to-partner and partner-to-CT83 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CT83→partner) and Y-score (partner→CT83) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
