CT83

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CT83 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 257 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CT83-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGD1, CLCN7, and TIMM44. Each is linked with CT83 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CT83-to-partner and partner-to-CT83 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CT83→partner) and Y-score (partner→CT83) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
